Sex in a Pan

Here is another gooey recipe to make for your darling significant other for Valentine's Day or any other love fest celebration. Very easy to whip up.

Also a hit at a potluck dinner.

3/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
8 oz. soften cream cheese at room temperature (Like Philadephia Cream Cheese)
1 cup of white confectioner's sugar like (Domino 10x Confection Sugar)
1 large container frozen whipped topping thawed (like Cool Whip)
2 packages instant chocolate pudding (Royal Instant Pudding or Jello Instant Pudding: Chocolate or Dark Chocolate)
3 cups of milk
1 Hershey's Special Dark Candy Bar

Add flour and nuts to the melted butter.
Bake in 9"x13" at 350ยบ for 25 min.
Cool.
Cream the softened cream cheese and confectioner's sugar .
Add and mix half of the thawed frozen whipped topping to the cream cheese and sugar and put on the cooled cake
Sprinkle nuts over the top.
Mix pudding mix with milk, then spread over cream cheese.
Chill till firm.
Before serving, top with the other half of whipped topping.

Sprinkle nuts on top, shaved semi-sweet chocolate . (Use a potato peeler to the chocolate bar.)

Notes:
You can use a chocolate pudding, and a vanilla pudding.

If you have kids -- you can tell them it is "Ecstasy in a Pan" which this recipe is also known as.

This makes 10 servings at approximately 566 calories, 46% fat per serving.
But it is very very good, save room for dessert! Or have half a serving for half the calories and fat.
