1. Social Security card, leave it home in a safe place.
If you have a medical card with Social Security number on it, make a copy and then black out the number on the copy. Only take the original with you if you need too for an appointment.
Some states still put social security numbers on licenses though.
2. Blank check, unless you are going to use it right away.
3. Cheat sheet with passwords or pin numbers.
Just a note on the blank check --
I wanted to order some checks online but most companies don't allow you to NOT have the option of removing your address. I find this dangerous for those who still do have to order checks (usually schools require parents to write checks for this, that, or the other thing).
My parents had checks with ALL sorts of info on them, name, address, phone and SS#!
So check your elderly parents checks if they still write them out.
