"I know you know that I am your Secret Santa" says my son's Secret Santa (Ryan) before school started this AM. Revelations would be at the Grade Four 2 pm classroom party. Evidently Ryan could not wait till then.
My son reports that last Friday when they picked the names, Ryan immediately said to him, "Hey do you want to know who MY Secret Santa partner is?". My son told him he was to keep it a secret and not tell, that was the rule. However, with Ryan being absent Monday and Tuesday, and no secret notes recieved, my son did have it figured out but played along as best as he could.
I guess you cannot trust Ryan with any secret or information. LOL
Ryan gave my son a Life Saver Book of Gummy Candy, and a whistle.
My son's Secret Santa recipient loved the painted bag (by me) and the entire contents (last post).
My son said she hugged him so tight he thought he "would die from the pressure".
That's a big hug!
I told him that does not mean she is "in love with him".
He was SO relieved.
I told him that she was very happy and grateful that he was so kind.
Maybe it is that she does not come from a home where there is more than enough for everyone.
You never know.
Show some kindness to a stranger anytime and be a better person for the effort.
