Magnetic Poetry

At three different yard sales over time, I got a plain silver me tal box with new Christmas cards (a dollar), a gift bag of magnetic poetry (larger font, a dollar), and an original box of magnetic poetry (small font, fifty cents). I put all the poetry into the silver metal box since I sent out all the Christmas cards. I went through the box taking out the suffixes then storing those in a empty film canister to find them easier amongst 800 pieces or so.

I wrote some sentences using the inside silver box cover as my slate.
I can keep my sentences there until next time or I can write sentences other people will find when they open the box to play!

Then I remember my friend Chris told me about a magnetic poetry site online. I can't remember the URL she gave me but here are a couple you might want to play with.

Some people take a screen shot of their poem and post that on their site.
Maybe I should write a tutorial on how to take a screen shot?

Anyways, have some fun. Both sites have click and drag words and categories to choose words from.

Magnetic Poetry Online (has a refrigerator, word kits are at the bottom of the page)

Enjoy!
