On one of the last entries -- we had lots of rain.
It continued raining and then we had a few nice days - only a couple with humidity and a few with wonderful breezes.
The best part, is that my hydrangeas look fantastic from all the rain!
Saved us buckets of water money.
The problem is, I am going to be spending an awful lot of time cutting the flowers next nice day.
I don't think I know enough people to give them bunches!
Maybe I should take some to the cemetery and put them on some former neighbors graves?
And then there is the "hydrangea pile" on the edge of the yard in the woods -- the ones I can't find anyone to give them away to.
My daughter has started driving lessons.
We found out she has an eyesight issue. Then we realized that the school does not give annual eye exams and that my son never had one. So we all made appointments.
My dh and I have to squeeze in 30 hours of day driving and 10 hours of night driving before she tests for her license.
It will be nice to send her grocery shopping (15-20 miles one way) once she gets her license.
