2 cups shredded zucchini
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 TBSP cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup nuts
Combine and mix all together and put in a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool then frost with fudge frosting. Add hokey pokies/sprinkles.
