Zucchini Quiche (quick, simple, economical)
3 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 clove of minced garlic
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs beaten
Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
Easy to make and tastes great cold!
